Canthoplasty repositions the outer corner of the eye (lateral canthus) to correct a downturned or sagging appearance, create a more almond-shaped eye, or support the lower lid after blepharoplasty. Performed at our Baker Street clinic, often combined with lower eyelid surgery. Typically 45 minutes to an hour per side under TIVA.

Revision blepharoplasty corrects unsatisfactory results from previous eyelid surgery — including ectropion, scleral show, hollowing from over-excision, asymmetry, and residual skin or fat. Endoscopic brow lift raises the brows through 3-5 small incisions hidden in the hair, using a miniature camera for visualisation. Best for moderate brow descent with a normal hairline position. Temporal brow lift raises the outer (lateral) part of the brow through small incisions hidden in the hair at the temples — ideal for isolated lateral brow descent without full forehead involvement. Performed at our Baker Street clinic under TIVA, typically minutes. Lower-impact alternative to full endoscopic or coronal brow lift.

Hairline lowering (forehead reduction) advances the hair-bearing scalp forward through an irregular zig-zag incision at the hairline, reducing forehead height by 1-5 cm in a single stage. Greater advancement may require a two-stage procedure with a tissue expander. Performed at our Baker Street clinic under TIVA.

Forehead contouring surgery reshapes the bony structure of the forehead and brow ridge to create a softer, more traditionally feminine contour. Forehead osteoma removal excises benign bone growths from the forehead using direct excision, endoscopic (keyhole), or minimal-access techniques matched to the specific osteoma.
